Job Details
As a Working Student, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our payment and service-related products. You will take ownership of smaller product areas, assist in configuring payment terminals, and help manage service requests.
Your mission:
- Managing and maintaining smaller product components
- Supporting the setup and configuration of payment terminals for charging stations
- Handling related service tickets from our customer support team
- Coordinating operational tasks across departments
- Documenting product configurations and processes for internal use
- Supporting ad hoc topics in the product team
Hybrid Role: For certain tasks office attendance in Dortmund is required.
