Job Description:
As part of our Blue Team, at the heart of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will participate in identifying abnormal behavior or vulnerabilities to protect customers’ information systems.
- Conduct initial analysis of alerts from IT security and other information systems.
- Detect anomalies and attack patterns throughout the cyber kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Support your team in protecting customer information systems by identifying abnormal behavior.
- Develop and submit a remediation plan adapted to customers’ situation and business risks.
- Implement requirements and document the tasks performed.
- Improve SOC security incident detection techniques and rules.
- Contribute to developing unique products on the Cybersecurity market.
- Manage alerts & incidents with an experienced team during night, bank holiday and weekend shifts
Your Potential Projects:
- Analyze weak signals detected by SOC algorithms.
- Familiarize yourself with various areas of the SOC.
- Support SOC experts to counter sophisticated attacks.
- Inform the product team of changes needed to analysis and incident reporting tools.
- Guide and advise customers’ operational security teams during security incidents.
Requirements:
- Student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field, ideally with IT Security focus.
- Tech-savvy, able to recognize attacks.
- Hands-on, basic knowledge of IT security concepts and techniques.
- Passionate about Pentesting and IT forensics (attack analysis, malware behavior, etc.)
- Interested in security and hacking challenges (e.g., TryHackMe).
- Comfortable reacting quickly to attacks.
- Comfortable working with different SOC customers simultaneously.
- Enjoy advising customers and presenting action plans.
- Value processes for monitoring and improving existing systems.
- Desire to evolve in your career.
- Willing to work night, bank holiday, and weekend shifts.
