The Account/Project Manager at Creatify.AI will oversee creative resources, ensuring seamless project workflows and the timely delivery of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ad agency background and demonstrate key qualities such as excellence, collaboration, and strong team player and leadership. He/She will drive success by fostering teamwork, ensuring efficient processes, and consistently meeting client needs in the dynamic field of AI-driven video advertising.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative video ad projects.
- Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate creative resources.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management processes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience in Project Management: Proven track record of managing creative projects.
- Strong Ad Agency Background: Previous experience in an advertising agency or creative environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Tools: Ideally has experience using Linear, Slack, Frame.io, G-Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.
- Strong interest in AI: Staying current with industry trends.
