We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and business-savvy Account Executive to join our team in the AEC sector. You will utilize your solution selling skills to drive business within named accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with pre-sales, customer success, and professional services teams.
- Overachieving sales targets.
- Developing new business.
- Managing the entire sales process.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and CRM usage.
- Ability to have business conversations at all levels.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience selling software solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.
- Proven hunter mentality and track record of sales success.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with multi-product/services selling (preferred).
- Experience in the AEC sector (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Compensation: Year 1: $75,000 - $200,000 (base salary + commissions)
