The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in managing projects for brand partners. This role involves overseeing talent partnerships, coordinating campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Campaign Management:
- Execute and manage multiple influencer campaigns, adhering to deadlines and content quality standards.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate across teams.
- Source and recommend talent based on campaign objectives.
- Develop outreach templates and secure influencer partnerships.
- Manage cost sheets, shipping, and product orders for accuracy and timely execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization and reporting.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with brands, agencies, and influencers for negotiation, contracting, briefing, and content review.
- Maintain consistent client communication, providing updates, addressing queries, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Coordinate with shipping teams for seamless product deliveries.
- Provide timely updates to internal and external teams, handle status calls, and prepare reports.
- Act as a primary contact for talent, handling inquiries, facilitating content creation, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Content Oversight & Strategy:
- Review and provide feedback on content submissions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop trend-driven briefs aligning product focus with current market trends.
- Proactively suggest new approaches, brainstorm innovative ideas, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Analyze post-campaign reports, gather metrics, and create detailed reports for performance assessment and future planning.
- New Business:
- Assist in completing RFPs and developing strategies for new business opportunities.
- Administrative & Miscellaneous:
- Maintain organized project tracking and content repositories.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks, such as product shipment coordination, report vetting, and data management.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing timelines, budgets, and multitasking across simultaneous campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and talent management.
- Analytical and strategic mindset for deriving actionable insights from campaign data.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
- Familiarity with industry tools/platforms is beneficial.
Compensation: $35 - $38/hour, 40-hour week.
Other Info: This is a contract-to-hire role.
