As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will expand Freshworks' footprint in Eastern Canada. You'll engage stakeholders, deliver customized ITSM and EX solutions, and empower agencies to improve productivity and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Selling: Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for organizations, demonstrating how solutions optimize productivity and enhance employee engagement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT leaders, department heads, and HR to address challenges and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and execute a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress in medium-to-long sales cycles.
- Customized Engagements: Create compelling value propositions that align with agency goals, priorities, and budgets.
- Collaborative Approach: Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams for seamless experiences.
Experience: 5-8 years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, strong in ITSM and EX solutions. Prior experience with 500-1,000 employee organizations is a plus.
Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms, ITSM solutions, and EX platforms.
Skills: Solution selling, pipeline management, strong analytical skills.

Compensation: $127,500 - $172,500 CAD + Variable Compensation
