As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll expand Freshworks' footprint in Canada East. Focus on engaging multiple stakeholders, delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions, and empowering agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for Eastern Canada organizations, showcasing Freshworks' productivity and engagement solutions.
- Collaborate with diverse decision-makers to address unique challenges and deliver results.
- Build, maintain, and execute a robust sales pipeline for medium-to-long sales cycles.
- Create compelling value propositions aligning with agency goals.
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams for seamless experiences.
Experience: 5-8 years proven success in SaaS enterprise sales, strong ITSM/EX solution selling experience. Experience selling to 500-1000 employee organizations is a plus.
Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SaaS, ITSM, and EX platforms for improving productivity and employee engagement in Eastern Canada.
Skills: Solution selling, pipeline management, analytical abilities to assess customer needs.
Traits: Collaborative, analytical, persistent in complex sales cycles.
Mindset: Customer-centric, passionate about empowering Eastern Canadian organizations.
