About Quandoo: Founded in 2012, Quandoo is a rapidly growing restaurant reservation platform.
Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, this role focuses on building relationships with existing restaurant and restaurant groups.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve retention and upskilling of your partner base.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by managing a portfolio of restaurants.
- Become a product expert on the Quandoo platform and drive additional growth through upselling.
- Manage the lifespan of new merchants after onboarding.
- Collaborate with the UK Leadership Team to promote Quandoo's core values.
- Take full ownership of your partner base to increase usage, ensure payments, and increase bookability.
- Train and upskill partners on Quandoo's platform.
- Consistently engage with potential partner restaurants, chains, and hotels.
- Manage and exceed monthly call targets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Partner with the team on new location development.
- Communicate Quandoo's value proposition.
- Monitor industry promotions and trends.
- Conduct regional market analysis and competitive assessments.
Qualifications:
- Strong relationship building experience.
- Experience in hospitality, account management, and/or sales (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with digital platforms (preferred).
