Working on the Operations Department: We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Operations Specialist to join Tangelo's Operations team.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in the initial setup and ongoing support of our programs, ensuring smooth operations and cross-functional coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring new programs to life (from benefit design to product setup) and ensure they are well-supported post-launch.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Report to the Head of Ops Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage initial operational setup of new programs
- Act as a key partner in addressing and resolving grievances
- Create clear program overviews and internal training materials
- Act as an operational point of contact
- Participate in onboarding and setup of new client accounts
- Track and report on program metrics
- Work closely with Account Management, Customer Support, Product, and Fulfillment
- Identify and share opportunities to streamline processes, improve benefit design, and enhance the participant experience
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 4+ years of experience in Program Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success (ideally within healthcare, food delivery, or benefit administration)
- Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfort working cross-functionally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset; ability to work with spreadsheets and data
- Collaborative approach and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Experience with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and task/project management systems
- Passion for promoting health equity and making nutritious food more accessible
