ACH Operations Analyst - Contract Opportunity - Onsite in Johnston, RI
We’re seeking an ACH Operations Analyst to support daily ACH origination and receipt processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support Receiving Depository Functions (RDFI).
- Provide phone and email support to customers and internal teams.
- Research and resolve ACH account inquiries.
- Perform routine departmental tasks.
- Meet deadlines and complete assigned duties.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Train on complex ACH origination functions.
Skills/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Financial Operations experience.
- Strong system and product knowledge.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Speed and accuracy using a keyboard.
- Proficient in MS Office Outlook.
- Customer-centric mindset and professional approach.
Additional Information
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- $20-22/hr
