Contractor ACH Operations Analyst

ACH Operations Analyst - Contract Opportunity - Onsite in Johnston, RI

We’re seeking an ACH Operations Analyst to support daily ACH origination and receipt processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support Receiving Depository Functions (RDFI).
• Provide phone and email support to customers and internal teams.
• Research and resolve ACH account inquiries.
• Perform routine departmental tasks.
• Meet deadlines and complete assigned duties.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Train on complex ACH origination functions.

Skills/Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Financial Operations experience.
• Strong system and product knowledge.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Speed and accuracy using a keyboard.
• Proficient in MS Office Outlook.
• Customer-centric mindset and professional approach.

Additional Information

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• $20-22/hr
