Contractor Acquisition Campaign Manager

Acquisition Campaign Manager is a key role in a US Prepaid Wallet product launch team. Collaborating with product leads, the Acquisition Campaign Manager will develop and execute the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

• Driving acquisitions and early month engagement via customer-focused, lifecycle-targeted campaigns.
• Developing and managing customer acquisition and engagement strategies across various channels (retail, email, website, app, affiliates, etc.).
• Partnering with marketing and communications teams to create relevant channel-specific materials.
• Coordinating and deploying acquisition campaign materials with channel management teams.
• Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders (Product, Legal, Technology, advertising platforms) to ensure strategy implementation.
• Designing and managing performance monitoring & testing to understand campaign effectiveness and drive iterative improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.)
• 5-8 years of customer acquisition experience in financial services (cards/payments focus)
• Understanding of multi-channel acquisition strategies (online & offline)
• Experience working with marketing/communications teams
• Strong communication skills (creation & proofreading of messaging)
• Experience with A/B & incrementality testing
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
