Administrative Coordinator This is a contract position. This is an onsite opportunity located in New York, NY.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide phone coverage, take messages, and track team availability
- Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, rooms, and virtual conferencing
- Support client engagement activities such as ordering Lucites and coordinating events
- Book travel including flights, hotels, car rentals, and prepare detailed itineraries
- Submit accurate and timely expense reports
Job Skills/Requirements
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
