Job Details
This is a remote position with flexible hours: AU (6 AM – 3 PM Manila Time) or UK (5 PM – 2 AM Manila Time). Total weekly hours: 40.
Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient data entry and maintain meticulous records.
- Prepare reports and presentation templates using Google Slides.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or video calls.
- Prepare and organize sales invoices, contracts, and financial documents.
- Update customer records, marketing lists, and databases.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
- Ability to edit PDF files for contracts.
- Quick learner, adaptable to changing tasks.
- Technical proficiency with G Suite.
- Experience handling voice interactions.
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions.
- Experience in event planning or coordination.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
