Job Details

This is a remote position with flexible hours: AU (6 AM – 3 PM Manila Time) or UK (5 PM – 2 AM Manila Time). Total weekly hours: 40.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform efficient data entry and maintain meticulous records.
  • Prepare reports and presentation templates using Google Slides.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or video calls.
  • Prepare and organize sales invoices, contracts, and financial documents.
  • Update customer records, marketing lists, and databases.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to edit PDF files for contracts.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to changing tasks.
  • Technical proficiency with G Suite.
  • Experience handling voice interactions.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage solutions.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
