Full-Time Adobe RT-CDP Staff Engineer

Requirements:

• Total Experience: 7+ years
• Hands-on experience: Adobe Real-Time CDP and AJO
• In-depth understanding: Customer data platforms, data modeling, and governance
• Strong experience: Data integration, APIs, and cloud architecture
• Proven success: Large-scale Adobe platform implementations
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
• Adobe Certified Expert in Real-Time CDP
• Experience migrating Adobe Campaign Classic from v7 to v8
• Knowledge of IP warming strategies for optimal email deliverability
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Writing and reviewing high-quality code
• Understanding client business use cases and technical requirements and converting them to elegant technical designs
• Mapping decisions with requirements and translating them to developers
• Identifying and narrowing down solutions that meet client requirements
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements (NFRs) during project implementation
• Writing and reviewing design documents explaining architecture, framework, and high-level design for developers
• Reviewing architecture and design on extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, and ensuring best practices
• Developing and designing the overall solution for functional and non-functional requirements; defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks
• Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios to projects
• Resolving issues through systematic root cause analysis and justification of decisions
• Carrying out Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure design/technology meets requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
