Albert is a digital learning platform supplementing the instruction of 3rd-12th grade teachers. Our Adoption Team trains thousands of teachers each year.
THE ROLE: ADOPTION MANAGER
As an Adoption Manager, you will be part of our dynamic professional learning team that facilitates teacher-training workshops, demos the platform for first-time users, represents Albert in user support convos, and builds marketing assets.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Delivering professional development: Develop and deliver on-site and virtual professional development sessions.
- Managing teacher communications: Develop and launch data and behavior-driven teacher messaging campaigns.
- Coordinating marketing efforts: Curate strategic marketing assets to help drive inbound leads.
- Supporting Teachers: Provide teachers with world-class email and chat support.
- Developing resources: Create resources for administrators, teachers, and students.
- Collaborating across teams: Advocate for the right priorities in our roadmaps.
Candidates MUST be located within one hour of a major airport and be willing to travel for in-person training.
