Full-Time Advisory Business Consultant

Hitachi Solutions, a global Microsoft solutions integrator, seeks an Advisory Consultant to support client projects across Advisory Disciplines, combining OCM, Business Advisory, and Learning.

Role Description

As an Advisory Consultant, you'll flexibly support client needs, interpreting and executing strategies for end-user adoption readiness (engagement, utilization, proficiency), supporting value realization and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to define future state business processes.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews to identify impacts, support assessments, and understand business processes/user experience.
• Understand data needs, gather data, and analyze it to identify patterns and gaps, assessing current and future state needs.
• Support the creation and interpretation of user flows and personas.
• Execute change management strategies to minimize resistance and bolster adoption.
• Design and develop learning experiences using various methods and formats.
• Develop and deliver training, communication, and coaching strategies.
• Map current and future state business processes.
• Identify and measure business value metrics, reporting progress to internal and external audiences.
• Create and refine product backlogs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in related fields (e.g., Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Business Administration) preferred.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
• Experience in learning design and development.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and related tools.
• Experience implementing Microsoft technologies (Dynamics, Azure, Data & Analytics, Power Platform).
• Experience working in agile project teams and with distributed teams.
• Adaptable and resilient in ambiguous situations.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with advanced learning development software (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate).
• Strong visual design skills.
