As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will significantly impact our future success by supporting Customer Workflow Solution Sales. You will drive revenue for one of our products, with support from Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
This is a hands-on technical consultant able to deeply analyze and position solutions during sales cycles.
What you'll do:
- Technical consultant developing, positioning, and delivering product-specific solutions to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for client-facing sales teams.
- Lead discovery workshops, providing product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements for improved customer value.
- Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events including briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
What you need:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Finance or banking experience in Canada.
- Federal experience in Canada.
- ServiceNow platform proficiency or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution guidance.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Travel as needed.
