Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Operating cash registers, managing transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Guiding customers to relevant merchandise.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Demonstrating superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining a neat and organized sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchases.

Sales Associate Requirements:

• Associate's degree or high school diploma.
• Retail sales experience.
• Professional appearance.
• Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
