Full-Time Client Director - Duke Energy

• Produce new business with ServiceNow's largest existing accounts [Duke Energy].
• Oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams.
• Provide strategic leadership to clients.
• Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Work with solution teams to develop solutions based on customer's strategic outcomes.
• Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
• Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts.
• Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization.
• Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities to promote customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services.

To be successful:

• Prior success with aligned client [Duke Energy].
• Current location in North Carolina.
• Strong understanding of the Energy & Utilities industry.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.
• 5+ years of experience building relationships with VP+ level personas.
• 7+ years of experience in client management.
• 2+ years as a Client Director or Strategic Account Executive.
• Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Experience leading virtual teams.
• Ability to understand broad business IT needs.
• Travel up to 50%.
