The Affordable Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets and enforcing FPI Management policies. Accountable for all operations and meeting client expectations based on budget and agreements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and LIHTC/Section 8 procedures.
- Monitor LIHTC processes and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct file reviews and physical inspections.
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor project finances.
- Complete monthly/quarterly checklists.
- Make rent recommendations.
- Verify property form maintenance.
- Maintain unit standards and review vacancies.
- Review financial reports and monitor service requests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide employee training.
- Respond to communications within 24 hours.
- Participate in recruiting and evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Communicate with clients and supervisors.
- Enforce community rules and comply with Fair Housing Laws.
- Meet training requirements and perform special projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, USDA).
- Affordable Housing Accreditation (HCCP, etc.).
- 2+ years' leadership in Property Management.
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Real Estate Salesperson License.
