Full-Time Affordable Housing Regional Portfolio Manager

• Location: Seattle, WA
• Status: Full-Time, Remote/Hybrid
• Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 / Year

• Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity/Affirmative Fair Housing laws.
• Monitor LIHTC Application and Annual Recertification processes.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
• Conduct file reviews and physical inspections.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor project budgets.
• Make rent and concession recommendations.
• Verify property maintains required documents and forms.
• Review vacancies and turn-over rates.
• Review financial reports.
• Monitor service requests.
• Provide training and guidance to employees.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Ensure compliance with FPI Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain communication with Clients and Supervisors.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.

• 3+ years’ experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, USDA-Rural Development, etc.).
• Affordable Housing Accreditation (HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO, etc.).
• 2+ years' experience in a leadership role in Property Management.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (varies by state).
• Proficient in English.
