About the role: CARS24 is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join us as our Remote Aftercare Sales Consultant. This is a fully remote, Work-from-Home role supporting customers post-purchase with enhancing their car ownership experience.
You will be helping customers select add-on products like extended warranties, servicing packages, dash cams, window tinting, ensuring they get the best value and peace of mind.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in aftercare sales at a dealership, or retail environments.
- Passion for customer engagement and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, systems, and processes.
- A team player with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
