Position Summary: We are seeking an AI Enablement and Governance Specialist to lead the integration and ethical management of AI systems. This role focuses on driving AI adoption, ensuring compliance, and fostering trust through responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Enablement:
- Collaborate with business units to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Design and implement frameworks to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance for successful AI deployment.
- Governance and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain AI governance policies aligned with ethical standards and legal regulations.
- Monitor AI system performance to ensure transparency and fairness.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to address potential biases.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between technical, legal, and business teams.
- Educate employees on responsible AI practices.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and industry groups.
- Data and Ethical Stewardship:
- Ensure ethical data use for AI.
- Oversee data governance practices for robust AI models.
- Advocate for transparency in AI system design and usage.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop KPIs to measure AI system impact and efficiency.
- Create reports on AI initiatives and governance compliance.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in AI development, governance, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks.
Skills:
- Expertise in AI ethics, data governance, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
