Full-Time AI Enablement and Governance Specialist

• AI Enablement:
  • Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI integration.
  • Design and implement frameworks to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure successful deployment of AI technologies.
• Governance and Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain AI governance policies that align with ethical standards, industry best practices, and legal regulations.
  • Monitor AI system performance to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to address potential biases.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the liaison between technical teams, legal teams, and business units.
  • Educate and train employees on responsible AI practices.
  • Engage with external regulatory bodies and industry groups.
• Data and Ethical Stewardship:
  • Ensure the organization’s use of data for AI aligns with ethical principles and promotes inclusivity.

• 5+ years of experience in AI development, governance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks or working within regulated environments.

• Expertise in AI ethics, data governance, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing AI and data usage.

• Certifications in AI governance, data privacy, or ethical AI practices.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the AI landscape.
• Experience in change management and cross-functional team leadership.
