Full-Time AI Engineer

• Architect and orchestrate agentic processes using frameworks like LangGraph.
• Build integrations with data tools (SQL stores, domain-specific repositories).
• Prepare, fine-tune, and evaluate transformer models.
• Design data preparation pipelines.
• Implement AI/ML pipelines: fine-tuning, metric evaluation, drift detection, secure deployment.
• Ensure production readiness with testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud-native deployment architectures.
• Collaborate with scientists to convert domain requirements into agent behaviors.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of software development experience and/or machine learning engineering/research.
• Strong foundation in AI/ML and deep learning, especially transformer architectures.
• Experience fine-tuning transformer models.
• Experience designing or extending agentic systems.
• Proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, SQL, APIs, and agent-tool integrations.
• Experience with cloud services/serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of engineering best practices, such as automated testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear communicator.

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a relevant STEM field.
• Relevant peer-reviewed publications or open-source contributions.
• Front-end experience with React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with biological sequence modeling.
