Full-Time AI Engineer (Fullstack)

Orion Innovation is looking for an AI Engineer (Fullstack) to deliver game-changing business transformation and product development.

Responsibilities:

• Apply a learning mindset and take ownership for your own development.
• Gather information from a range of sources to analyse facts and discern patterns.
• Commit to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness.
• Learn and apply professional and technical standards.
• Delivering AI applications using RAG, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks.
• Working with multimodal inputs/outputs (text, image, audio).
• Fine-tuning models on domain-specific data.
• Applying Responsible AI practices including governance, bias mitigation, and ethics.
• Ensuring consistency and quality in model outputs in production or regulated environments.
• Contributing to open-source projects or AI/ML publications.
• Demonstrating Full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end, and database layers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 year(s) of experience

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Software Engineering,Data Processing/Analytics/Science
