Overview:
As an AI Engineer with expertise in Snowflake, you will play a key pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions for our organization. You will leverage your experience in conversational AI (chatbots and agents), predictive analytics, and building robust MLOps frameworks to drive innovation and operational excellence. Your ability to integrate AI solutions with cloud-based data platforms, especially Snowflake, will be essential for enabling scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- AI Solution Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for conversational AI (chatbots, agents) and predictive analytics. Build robust, production-grade AI pipelines that leverage Snowflake’s native capabilities (Snowpark, UDFs, external functions). Continuously improve AI architectures for scalability, performance, and business alignment.
- Snowflake Data Cloud Integration: Architect and implement data pipelines on Snowflake to support AI/ML workloads, ensuring data quality, lineage, and governance. Integrate diverse data sources into Snowflake, enabling real-time and batch AI applications. Utilize Snowflake features (Streams, Tasks, Snowpark) for automated data processing and model inference.
- MLOps & Automation: Build and maintain MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, model versioning, automated retraining, and monitoring within Snowflake environments. Ensure reproducibility, traceability, and compliance in all AI/ML workflows. Monitor, optimize, and retrain deployed AI models for accuracy and efficiency. Develop AI-driven automation solutions to streamline business processes and deliver actionable insights.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security and compliance controls for sensitive data in Snowflake, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Document AI engineering processes, model architectures, and deployment workflows. Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions. Mentor and support team members on best practices in AI/ML and Snowflake.
Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field. Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in Snowflake. Strong background in conversational AI, predictive analytics, and MLOps framework development. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with Snowflake features (Snowpark, UDFs, Streams, Tasks). Strong problem-solving, optimization, and automation skills. Experience with data integration, APIs, and ETL on Snowflake. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Certifications in Snowflake or AI/ML are a plus.
