Full-Time AI / ML Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development focused on AI/ML solutions for business challenges, including risk management, cost optimization, sales process mining, and forecasting.
• Utilize mathematical programming and advanced algorithms to model and solve business problems.
• Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Ensure efficient deployment of models through cloud platforms and DevOps pipelines.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

• Preferred Master s or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.

2. Business Problem Solving:

• Expertise in framing business problems using mathematics, focusing on areas such as:
  • Risk and cost management
  • Price and revenue optimization
  • Process mining and simulation
  • Time series forecasting

3. AI/ML Tools & Frameworks Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as:
  • Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
  • RAG, Langchain, LlamaIndex, Neo4j
  • Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Models (LM), and Computer Vision (CV) techniques

4. Programming Skills:

• Proficient in:
  • Python, PySpark, Scala, C++, CUDA
  • Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs

5. Algorithm Expertise:

• Strong understanding of algorithms such as:
  • Bayesian Inference
  • XGBoost, CNNs, RNNs, GNNs
  • Knowledge Graphs (KG)
  • Generative Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

6. DevOps and Cloud Tools:

• Familiarity with tools and platforms including:
  • Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform
  • GPU tools (CUDA, Nemo, NIM)
  • Azure (Azure ML, Azure AI, Databricks)
