Job Details
Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement to complete projects.
Ensure effective communication and execution of AI program deliverables.
Oversee and coordinate development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, and mitigation strategies.
Implement continuous improvement to optimize AI projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Collaborate with AI Governance committee(s) to define objectives, success metrics, and KPIs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Digital Technology, product management, legal, compliance, risk, and Enterprise AI Governing bodies.
Partner with GP AI Success committee to track and analyze GP AI program performance, using data-driven insights to identify improvement areas.
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate program progress, challenges, and successes.
Implement feedback mechanisms to capture and incorporate lessons learned.
Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
7+ years of experience in a Program Management role.
Solid understanding of current AI technology landscape and capabilities.
Project Management Skills - Expert: Planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling AI projects within budget, timeline, and scope, utilizing project management methodologies.
Technical Understanding of AI - Advanced: Grasp of AI concepts like machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analysis to guide project development.

Stakeholder Management - Advanced: Managing expectations, communicating progress, and addressing concerns from stakeholders.
