Full-Time AI Program Manager, Global People

Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement to complete projects.

Ensure timely communication and execution of AI program roadmap deliverables.

Oversee and coordinate development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, and mitigation strategies.

Implement a continuous improvement protocol to optimize AI projects.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Collaborate with AI Governance committee(s) to define program objectives, success metrics, and KPIs.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Digital Technology, product management, legal, compliance, risk, and Enterprise AI Governing bodies). Partner with GP AI Success committee to track and analyze GP AI program performance, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate program progress, challenges, and successes.

Implement feedback mechanisms to capture and incorporate lessons learned.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Program Management.
• Solid understanding of current AI technology landscape.
• Project Management Skills: Expert level - proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, and control AI projects within budget, timeline, and scope.
• Technical Understanding of AI: Advanced - grasp of AI concepts (machine learning, deep learning, NLP, data analysis).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Advanced - facilitate communication and collaboration between diverse teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Advanced - manage expectations, communicate progress, and address concerns.
• Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Advanced - stay updated with AI landscape.
• Ethical Decision-Making: Expert - make decisions aligned with company and external ethical codes.
