Full-Time AI Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI algorithms to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the performance and reliability of AI models.
• Ensure adherence to best practices regarding ethics and bias reduction in AI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar AI role, with development and testing skills.
• Strong programming skills (Python, C, or Java).
• Experience in developing and testing machine learning models.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Beneficial Skills:
• Mathematical skills (linear algebra, statistics).
• Data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, pandas) and visualization tools (Tableau).
