Your Mission: The enterprise AI revolution requires seamless technical implementation. As an AI Tech Delivery Specialist, you’ll transform customer requirements into working AI solutions, maintaining high standards of delivery excellence.
In this role, you'll own the technical delivery of AI solutions: implementing OOTB products, managing project execution, and ensuring every technical component meets our standards.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Solution Delivery: Implement AI solutions using OOTB products. Execute technical project phases. Manage scope adherence. Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.
- Project Execution & Management: Own technical implementation. Coordinate technical activities. Provide status updates.
- Standards Implementation & Ownership: Implement and maintain technical standards. Ensure compliance. Drive adoption of approved tools. Act as owner of technical implementation excellence.
- Customer & Team Collaboration: Interface with customers. Collaborate with Solution Architects. Work with Technical Support Engineers. Coordinate with Center of Excellence. Enhance and maintain self-help repositories. Collaborate with the Product Team. Work with the AI Context Team.
Dein Profil:
- Educational Background: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
- Experience: Technical Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager in AI, automation, or enterprise software.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in OOTB product implementation. Knowledge of Javascript. Experience with database management (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB). Experience with AI/ML platforms, API integrations, and technical project delivery. Knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems. Experience with Prompt Engineering for LLMs.
- Problem-Solving: Excel at delivering effective solutions. Data driven mindset.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English.
Nice to have: Experience in finance domains. Familiarity with ticketing systems. Experience in JavaScript and knowledge of Python web frameworks.
