Job Details
We are seeking an AI Value Methodology Lead to join our Data & Analytics organization. You will shape how we understand, measure, and communicate the value generated by AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Value Methodology Framework: Design a standardized methodology to assess the business value of AI use cases. Define KPIs and benchmarking metrics.
- Value Measurement & Monitoring: Lead the end-to-end process for value estimation. Maintain dashboards to monitor AI usage trends.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Education: Serve as a strategic advisor, translating complex value models into actionable insights.
- Governance & Best Practices: Establish governance protocols and maintain a centralized repository of AI use cases.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure AI use case assessments align with enterprise objectives.
To be successful you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes. 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or AI strategy roles. Proven track record of building business value frameworks. Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Strong business acumen. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and data modeling platforms. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
