What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features.
- Design scalable architecture and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.
- Improve system performance through automation and refactoring.
- Debug complex issues and identify technical improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and share best practices.
- Document technical decisions and processes.
What We're Looking For
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend systems.
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience building and scaling web services, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient with relational databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
- Exposure to frontend frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.
- Strong debugging and communication skills.
