Full-Time APM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Observability Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize observability solutions for complex IT environments.
• Provide expertise in tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, etc.
• Design and implement monitoring and logging strategies for cloud-native applications, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Support clients in achieving proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, improving uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate observability best practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on observability tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to observability systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with observability trends and share insights with the team.

Skills and Experience:

• Higher IT education or 5+ years experience in monitoring with observability tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Elasticsearch, OpenTelemetry).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong knowledge of web and application server technologies.
• Experience with logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring in modern application environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, English proficiency, and good French knowledge a plus.
