Full-Time APM Consultant

Work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize observability solutions for complex IT environments.

Provide expertise in tools and technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, and others.

Design and implement monitoring and logging strategies for cloud-native applications, microservices, and distributed systems.

Support clients in achieving proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of systems and applications, improving uptime and reliability.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate observability best practices into the software development lifecycle.

Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on observability tools, techniques, and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to observability systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in observability and share insights with the team.

Higher IT education or 5+ years experience in monitoring with observability tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Elasticsearch, OpenTelemetry).

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architecture.

Strong knowledge of web and application server technologies and concepts.

Experience with logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring in modern application environments.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architectures.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and identify root causes.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Passion for technology and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Fluent in Dutch, English communication not a problem, good knowledge of French is a plus.
