Full-Time Architect - Industrial & Critical Facilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect specializing in Industrial & Critical Facilities to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and planning of large-scale industrial and critical facility projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments for project planning.
• Develop and present detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior architects.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience.
• Proven track record of successful large-scale industrial projects.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with safety and security for industrial spaces.
• Willingness to travel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Current professional architecture license.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Compensation: $98,000 - $149,000 (U.S. applicants only). Factors include skills, experience, location, quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment.
