We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect specializing in Industrial & Critical Facilities to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and planning of large-scale industrial and critical facility projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and assessments for project planning.
- Develop and present detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor junior architects.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience.
- Proven track record of successful large-scale industrial projects.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with safety and security for industrial spaces.
- Willingness to travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Current professional architecture license.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Compensation: $98,000 - $149,000 (U.S. applicants only). Factors include skills, experience, location, quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment.
