Full-Time Architect - REF127U

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee architectural projects.
• Analyze project requirements.
• Propose design and development plans.
• Assist with project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure project implementation aligns with approvals.
• Maintain design quality and progress.
• Coordinate with team members and external parties.
• Prepare drawings, presentations, and reports.
• Proofread and revise design materials.
• Manage clients (for experienced candidates).
• Manage teams (for experienced candidates).
• Solve technical issues (for experienced candidates).
• Complete other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction design.
• Experience with mix-used, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and public buildings.
• Experience with medium to large-scale projects (preferred).
• Proficient in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficient in management software (Microsoft Office, Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat).
• Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English).
• Team player.
• Organized and responsive.
• Portfolio required.
• U.S. Applicants Only: Salary range: $67,000 - $80,000
• Work Authorization: Permanent authorization required.
