Full-Time Area Reliability Director

Area Reliability Director will be responsible for securing a best-in-class CMMS system and implementing a sophisticated Preventative Maintenance Program across our North America manufacturing locations. This role ensures overall reliability of the business via effective management & optimization of maintenance activities.
Principal Accountabilities:

1. From Requirements, to Development, to configuration, to Unit testing, to production roll-out, to change management and finally to production operations and sustainability.
2. Oversees & manages operational aspects of ongoing CMMS efforts, serving as liaison between tool Administrators, Sector Leads and User community.
3. Manages CMMS team relationships (partners, suppliers, beneficiaries) aligned with agreements & best practice stakeholder management.
4. Launches, organizes, plans, documents, manages execution & conclusion of CMMS-related projects to deliver commitments within baseline schedule & budget.
5. Establishes & drives data governance processes; becomes primary SME for tool issues; develops & implements sustainment & optimization strategy.
6. Administers CMMS tools at Country Group level, coordinating help desk, access, & standardization of CMMS policies & information.
7. Develops & maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
8. Effectively manages multiple CMMS efforts to maximize tool use, implement new capabilities & expand tool capabilities.

Scope and Impact:
This role will require a skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) familiar with multiple CMMS tools.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years related experience.
SME-level knowledge of CMMS tools.
Self-Starter with initiative.
Organized, adept at workload management, prioritization to meet deadlines.
Flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint & Presentation skills.
