At ServiceNow, design has a very intentional seat at the table, so our team collaborates closely with both engineering and product management from the get-go.
As an Art Director and part of the Brand Design Studio team for the Experience product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and emotional impact of our products through compelling UI design. You will guide the art direction and strategy for our brand across our digital platforms.
Working closely with designers, product leaders, brand, and marketing teams, you will bring to life the vision that defines our products and their journey.
Your expertise in UI design, motion design and animation will contribute to the enhancement of our design system, making our brand’s message resonate more deeply with our audience.

- Establish a more unified visual and motion design system, leading ways to elevate the overall aesthetics and functionality of our products, and in turn raising customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, brand, and marketing leaders to define and implement innovative strategies that elevate our brand and product communication.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our design system, focusing on motion design elements that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in brand, animation, motion design, and visual storytelling, integrating innovative techniques and technologies to keep our brand at the cutting edge.
