Who are we hiring? The Assistant Project Manager supports the Advanced Engineering team in planning, monitoring, and delivering multidisciplinary entertainment technology projects. This role focuses on project coordination and administration, including status tracking, budget tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. Strong ability to manage multiple projects is critical.
What will you do?
- Create and maintain project management documents (meeting minutes, action items, trackers, status updates, vendor quotes, contracts).
- Manage assigned scope, schedule, and budget.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders across departments (engineering, procurement, finance, legal, operations, creative teams, venue teams).
- Coordinate logistics for onsite activities (equipment mockups, testing).
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Effective time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Special Requirements
- Domestic travel of up to 2 weeks at a time
- Physical demands consistent with large-scale equipment testing
- Potential non-traditional work hours
Pay Range $93,000—$105,000 USD
