Full-Time Assistant Project Manager – Right of Way

Job Summary: This role supports efficient project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality are met under senior leadership guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee successful right-of-way (ROW) projects (property acquisition, land conveyance, easement negotiations, permitting, reporting).
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery aligning with project milestones and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and refine strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and tools to enhance ROW project execution.
• Drive operational efficiency and align with best practices and organizational goals across all ROW activities.
• Act as liaison between internal departments, consultants, property owners, legal entities, and governmental agencies.
• Facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the ROW Project Manager through data analysis, document preparation, progress reporting, and coordination of special assignments/high-priority tasks.
• Assist in preparing executive summaries, presentations, and status updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure all ROW transactions and activities are fully documented, tracked, and compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to audit readiness and transparency.
