Job Details
AECOM is seeking an Assistant Project Manager.
- Support the efficient execution of projects from start to finish.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of right-of-way (ROW) projects.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Develop strategies to enhance ROW project execution.
- Drive operational efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, consultants, property owners, legal entities, and governmental agencies.
- Provide support to the ROW Project Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of executive summaries.
- Ensure all ROW transactions are compliant with laws.
- Experience in project management with a focus on real property.
- Experience with acquisition of right of way, land conveyances, and reporting.
- Knowledge of interrelated aspects of real property in a design-build environment.
- Project Management Professional Certification desired
