Full-Time Assistant Project Manager - Right of Way

• Plan, organize, and oversee the successful execution of right-of-way (ROW) projects.
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery in alignment with project milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and tools to enhance ROW project execution.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments, consultants, property owners, legal entities, and governmental agencies.
• Provide essential support to the ROW Project Manager through data analysis, document preparation, progress reporting, and the coordination of special assignments or high-priority tasks.
• Ensure all ROW transactions and activities are fully documented, tracked, and compliant with local, state, and federal laws.

BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• Experience in project management with a focus on real property for complex mega-construction projects or projects of similar magnitude.
• Experience with acquisition of right of way, land conveyances, and reporting required to deliver these aspects in a highly complex construction mega-project, commercial principles and their applications, research methods.
• Knowledge of interrelated aspects of real property in a design-build environment with multiple interrelated projects and functional areas.
• Project Management Professional Certification desired
