Full-Time Associate Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage asset management tasks for end-to-end clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform data entry and processing responsibilities for CWCOT and auction-only clients.
• Maintain and update records across multiple data systems with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Quickly absorb and implement operational steps to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support asset management functions effectively.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience in data entry and processing with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work within multiple data systems efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of real estate transactions and asset management processes.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving operational procedures.
