Are you passionate about helping nonprofits unlock their fundraising operations? As an Associate Consultant, you’ll partner with organizations to strengthen processes and technology.
This position supports client-facing teams, conducting assessments in areas like gift processing, reporting, and technology effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of non-profit programs and experience with the operational programs that support fundraising efforts the ability to document and analyze business processes, foundational understanding of fundraising systems and data, and other related functions. Strong project management skills are crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Perform client work as part of a team.
- Serve as a key project team member for multi-team engagements.
- Collaborate with internal team members and clients.
- Meet utilization goals related to billable client work.
- Contribute to sales and marketing efforts.
- 5+ years of work experience in a non-profit setting.
- 2+ years related to fundraising operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
