The ACD, Copy, leads content development, partnering with teams and clients on healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing for HCP and patient audiences. Understands client challenges, industry trends, therapeutic areas, and ensures medical accuracy.
Job Duties:
- Partner with teams to turn complex data into engaging copy for HCPs, patients, and internal audiences.
- Develop original content across digital and print media.
- Maintain partnerships with Creative leads to establish creative vision.
- Engage with clients to understand their brand, messages, and develop innovative ideas.
- Ensure high quality and accuracy with referencing and annotation.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining material integrity.
- Work with Editorial and Medical content leads to maintain style guides.
- Present work in internal and client reviews.
- Work with Project Management to develop timelines.
- Follow internal and client processes.
- Attend client meetings to support content development.
- Manage resourcing for copy development.
Internal and External Relationships:
- Foster collaboration between Copy Services and other departments.
- Enhance team culture and communications.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Keep manager informed of concerns and work toward solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of pharmaceutical agency copywriting experience.
- Experience writing for HCP and consumer audiences.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles.
- Experience on a wide range of accounts and therapeutic areas.
