Job Details
Key Liaison between clients and studio operations. This position ensures a seamless workflow exceeding client expectations.
Enhancing the client experience: Exceptional service, positive attitude, sense of urgency, clear communication, and professionalism.
Account Management: Manage assigned accounts, including complex, high-volume, and high-profile customers, with minimal supervision.
Client Meetings: Attend weekly client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
Production Management: Collaborate with the producer to manage the photography production schedule, ensuring deadlines and budgetary requirements are met.
Communication: Communicate production roadblocks and scheduling issues internally, and work towards resolutions promptly.
Client Divisional Banner Requests: Oversee requests, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely delivery.
Status Reports: Create and distribute weekly status reports summarizing completed assets and their locations in the client's DAM system.
On-set Support: Provide support for on-set clients and talent.
Project Tracking: Track projects from briefing to delivery, coordinating with the producer.
Billing: Collect and manage billing information, maintaining accurate billing worksheets.
Issue Resolution: Identify, communicate, and resolve issues that may arise.
Teamwork: Work effectively in a team environment, offering assistance wherever needed (e.g., shopping, file transfers).
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting client needs, swiftly resolving challenges, and exceeding expectations.
Photography Data Analysis: Analyze photography data to increase potential for volume efficiencies.
Ethical Practices: Adhere to ethical business practices.
Leadership: Leads photography team and will have direct reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of high-volume photo production experience.
