Position Summary: The Sr. Creative Designer, level 3 professional is responsible for all activities designed to reduce the sales cycle, create awareness, build a positive brand image & story, provide educational collateral, articulate MeridianLink's differentiation, and target the right audiences. The role also manages internal & external communications.
Expected Duties: Leads the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring projects meet deadlines. Collaborates with cross-functional teams. Creates visually appealing, user-centric designs for various mediums (digital platforms, print, packaging, collateral). Develops and maintains a consistent brand visual language. Interfaces with external agencies and vendors. Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field and 4-6 years experience. Portfolio of completed design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
