Full-Time Marketing Designer

About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing Designer to support our French market. The ideal candidate is a strong designer with experience collaborating with marketing teams on paid ads, email campaigns, landing page optimization, social media content and more. The role requires a user-centric approach, and a passion for iteration, testing and learning.

Responsibilities:

• Gaining deep understanding of market trends and user preferences to develop user-engaging designs that drive conversions.
• Creating static images and short videos (including motion design) for various advertising platforms and social media channels, ensuring alignment with the brand image.
• Designing web landing pages and newsletters.
• Adapting and improving designs based on performance metrics.
• Building strong relationships with partners, including marketers, video editors and designers.
• Collaboration with GTM-Europe, central marketing team and third-party stakeholders including creative studios, freelancers and agencies.
• Opportunity to collaborate with design teams in key Asian markets (Korea, Taiwan, Japan).

Requirements:

• 6+ years design experience, 2+ years marketing-specific experience.
• Experience with performance or digital marketing design. Collaborating directly with marketers to improve ad asset performance.
• Proven success in developing campaign assets across established and emerging ad platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Email, Influencer marketing, Landing Pages).
• Experience designing consumer/content-forward apps, audio/speaking experiences.
• Proficiency in design software (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Native-level French and professional English. Additional languages (Spanish, Italian) a plus.
